A Note About "Taper":

The A or B on the pot distinguishes if the pot is an Audio Taper (A), or Linear Taper (B).

Linear Taper means exactly that, when you rotate the volume/tone it will increase/decrease in a linear fashion.

Audio Taper will increase/decrease in a sloped curve fashion.

Either could be used for volume or tone, and comes down to a personal preference. Hope this helps!
